Yes. All Peak Care caregivers have Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint cards
Yes. Peak Care staff members are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to help our residents with anything they need, including medical assistance.
Bedroom furnishings are available, should your loved one need. They’re also welcome to bring any bedroom furnishings of their own.
No. While pet visitation is allowed and scheduled animal interactions will be common, personal pets are not allowed at Peak Care Assisted Living Homes.
Personal living spaces are included in the housekeeping that Peak Care employees provide at no additional cost.
Peak Care provides three meals a day for our residents, plus snacks.
Yes, food is allowed in personal spaces.
Yes, we celebrate holidays and birthdays with special meals. Our residents help us plan their birthday meals.
Yes, smoking is permitted outside while remaining 15 feet or further from doors or windows.
Each Peak Care home has a barber location for residents to have their hair cut.
Yes, each Peak Care home has unique spaces for daily activities and hobbies.
Peak Care homes are all outfitted with wireless internet. Our residents frequently use tablets and phones to video call their family members. All our homes also have televisions and speakers for music.
Yes, our Nurse Manager will assess your loved one prior to move-in.
Yes, we perform an assessment before move-in and periodically afterward, depending on the resident’s required level of care.
